Refund policy

We have a 30-day policy.

If 30 days have gone by since the delivery of your item, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

All damaged items, wrongly sent items, the wrong quantity sent or defective items will be accepted for a refund or replacement within 30 days after receiving the item.

In order to start the return process, you must provide a photo of the defective item.

Your item must be unused and in the same condition as when it was delivered to you. It has to be in its original packaging as well.

If you do not want the item you received, please contact us via email at info@merruno.com within 30 days of receiving it.

Damaged packaging:
If the product packaging is damaged but the product itself is not, you must file a claim to the shipping carrier directly.

Missing order:
You must file a claim with the shipping carrier directly if a package is delivered (based on a tracking number update) but you did not receive the item.

There are no refunds possible in the following situations:

  • Your order is not delivered because you provided an incorrect address;
  • Your order is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g. delayed by a natural disaster)

We will send you an email once your return has been received and inspected to advise you that we have received your returned item. We’ll also let you know whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be paid to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Refunds that are late or absent (if applicable):

  1. Check your bank account again if you haven’t received a refund yet.
  2. Then call your credit card company; the refund may take some time to appear on your account.
  3. The next step is to call your bank. Before a refund is posted, there is usually some processing time.
